I would highly recommend Peter to anyone seeking an agent in the area. I have no critique of Peter but rather the process as a first time home buyer. I had no experience in the process and at the closing was hit with a surprise with the closing costs. I was not aware of the option to negotiate the closing costs in the initial offer. A lot of my frustration came from the lender and others in the process assuming that we knew everything they did. Like I said, Peter was a delight to deal with and Great East Tile great! I’d just recommend to be more explanatory to individuals who have never gone through the process.

Peter did a terrific job keeping up with what turned out to be a drawn out sale of my house. It had several bumps in the road that were not of his doing, but he never missed keeping me informed of the progress while acting on my behalf. I enjoyed working with him and would recommend him to anyone planning to sell their property in his market area.

Peter went above and beyond what we've experienced in the past with other realtors through the years. His following up with Hancock County Registry of Deed's to make sure that all the Mortgage Discharges showed up after the closing was icing on the cake. He was always pleasant, courteous, timely, knowledgable about buildings and land, showed up for the inspector and companies who came to quote prices when we couldn't be there and was willing to do research whenever we had any questions.
