Bartlett Winery is the oldest winery in the State of Maine established in 1983 by Bob and Kathe Bartlett. Their fruit wines and spirits have won multiple awards through the years with the original and iconic blueberry wine being a well known and much loved treasure of Maine. The winery is located in Gouldsboro, Maine near the Schoodic Peninsula section of Acadia National Park. Situated on 20 acres of the Maine woods, there are two entrances, one is the public facing entrance with a small parking lot and and a serene and moss covered short path through the trees to the first building featuring the winery's tasting room, production areas and owner's living quarters. The second building is reached by the service entrance and houses the distillery, known for the estate's Rusticator Rum, as well as storage and work spaces. Owner, Bob Bartlett literally wrote the law that allowed wineries to operated in Maine.
